CattleDog Publishing is dedicated to ensuring that your needs as a Continuing Education learner are met and, hopefully, exceeded. Many of you have complained about technical difficulties with progressing through the Low Stress Handling Silver Certification course as it is currently offered through the ProProfs hosting platform. We here at CattleDog Publishing have also noted several technical and logistical deficiencies with the ProProfs hosting platform and have been diligently seeking out a new platform to host the Low Stress Handling Silver Certification course.

Good News!! We Found One!!

We are currently working as fast as we can to get everything set up and tested so that we can make sure that the transition for both you and us will be as seamless as possible.

What can you expect?

• Transition from current to new hosting platform should be completed by approximately May 1, 2017.
     
• Students currently enrolled in the Low Stress Handling Certification course will be automatically transitioned to the new platform. Possibility that some modules might need to be repeated (we will try to avoid this as much as possible).
     
• New enrollments will be paused between April 1, 2017 (subject to change) and April 30, 2017 to allow for a smoother transition to the new platform.
     
• Same great course, discussion questions, and quizzes. New look and feel!
     
• Easier logging in and transition between modules and pages.
     
• Restructured and easier payment system.
     
• Hospitals & Groups will be able to sign up directly online utilizing group discounts.
    
• Ever-increasing excellence in customer service.
     

And we have something special for our current and future graduates as well!

With the release of the new hosting platform, current and future graduates of the Low Stress Handling Certification course will have:

• Continued access to all of the course videos
    
• Tons of graduate resources
    
• Continued ways to stay in contact with course administrators and possibly even other students.
     
• Ability to sign up for Gold and then Instructor level Certification courses (Coming Soon)
    

For those of you currently enrolled in individual courses (versus the full certification course), don’t think we’ve forgotten about you!

New sign-ups for individual courses will be paused from April 1, 2017 (subject to change) to April 30, 2017 to allow for a smoother transition to the new platform.

• Those already enrolled in an individual course will be able to finish that course via ProProfs.
    
• Like the full certification enrollees above, individual course enrollees on the new platform will also still have the same great individual courses, discussion questions, and quizzes, in addition to also having a new look and feel.

COMING SOON:

The Low Stress Handling Certification, Silver Level, program has been up and running for a few years now and you’ve probably heard rumors, legends, and myths about the long promised Gold and Instructor levels of Low Stress Handling Certification.

Well . . . they aren’t rumors and myths anymore!!

CattleDog Publishing is currently in the planning stages of putting the Gold Level Certification into operation. While there currently is no release date set, we are hoping for a mid-Fall 2017 release.

The Gold level will incorporate:

• 10 – 15 new RACE approved CE course units.
    
• Lots of hands-on practice and testing
     
• Students will be tested on both their knowledge and performance of the techniques introduced in both Silver and Gold Certification levels.
    

There is currently no release date for the Instructor Level Certification, but it will include:

• Refresher courses in Low Stress Handling techniques introduced in both Silver and Gold Certification level.
    
• Instruction and direction on how to teach and specifically how to teach the Low Stress Handling Certification course.
    
• Rubric for how to offer the course and how to score enrollees progress.
    
• Full graded demonstration of ability to be a Low Stress Handling Certified Instructor.
