Enroll your employees in the Low Stress Handling® Silver Certification course.
Low Stress Handling® Certified Facilities
To become a Low Stress Handling® Silver Certified facility requires that a minimum of 51% of employees (including part-time staff) who work more than eight hours per week complete the Low Stress Handling® Silver Certification course. This must include anyone who comes into contact with the public and animals, including Doctors, Technicians, and Front Office Staff.

Step 2
After everyone has completed the Low Stress Handling® Silver Certification course, compile a list of all current full-time (32+hrs a week) and part-time (8 hours a week or more) employees that have contact with the public and animals. This includes front desk/support staff and managers.

Step 3
Complete the Low Stress Handling® Facility Certification Form. Once we have confirmed the LSH graduates and that you meet the 51% threshold, you will be advised that you qualify.

Step 4
We will confirm your information for our Directory. We will then send you a digital copy of your personalized Low Stress Handling® Silver Certified Facility Certificate.

Promote your clinic as being a Low Stress Handling® Silver Certified Facility!
We offer Group Discounts
Facilities are eligible for group discounts. The cost depends on the number of people being certified at the hospital/clinic/shelter:
We ask that the group discount is paid in full by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) through the Low Stress Handling® University cart. Checks and money orders made payable to CattleDog Publishing® are also accepted, but they must be approved prior to enrollment.
