How does my clinic become a Low Stress Handling® Silver Certified Facility?

The Process

Step 1
Enroll your employees in the Low Stress Handling® Silver Certification course.

Step 2
After everyone has completed the Low Stress Handling® Silver Certification course, create an excel spreadsheet showing the total number of all current full-time (32+hrs a week) and part-time (8 hours a week or more) employees that have contact with the public and animals. This includes front desk/support staff and managers. Please be sure to list the names and graduation dates of those that are Low Stress Handling® Silver Certified.

Step 3
Send this to email to [email protected] with the subject line “Certified Facility Application”. Once we have confirmed the LSH graduates and that you meet the 51% threshold, you will be advised that you qualify.

Step 4
We will confirm your information for our Directory. We will then send you a digital copy of your personalized Low Stress Handling® Silver Certified Facility Certificate.
